James Westberry is our Water Specialist and is Managing Director of both Water BrigAid (in the USA) and Water BrigAid Limited (in Singapore).  He has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science (Environmental Engineering).  His experience includes work as Distribution engineer for a power utility, training & consulting work, eight years experience in an international Non-Profit Organization, and collaboration in community service projects in over 10 nations. James’ involvement with water projects began in 1987, drilling wells in a remote area of Kenya.  In 2005 he initiated a volunteer effort to aid Tsunami victims in Sri Lanka.  Helping people have clean water is his life passion.

Alan Byrd is as a Commercial Segment Leader with General Electric Company. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and has 21 years experience in the design, construction and operation of commercial and industrial plants, processes and facilities.

Dr. Matthew Rawlins has over 30 years experience with international Non-Profit Organizations.  He is an educator and consultant in communication and leadership, holding a Ph.D. in Leadership Development.    Dr Rawlins has published nine books and has lectured, trained and consulted in educational institutions and business organizations in over 18 nations.  He is CEO of Green Bench Consulting Pte Ltd, which assists businesses and organizations in leadership development, communication and organizational structure.  (http://thegreenbench.com)

Simon Peter Tan has many years experience with a Singapore Non-Profit Organization.  He is Managing Director of Sinamex Electronics Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based company that distributes and retails products and expertise in music technology, equipment and instruments across South-East Asia and the Indian sub-continent.

Ong Bee Leem is a Corporate Lawyer for a large Singapore company.

Dr. Kevin McCroan is a Senior Engineer with Lockheed Martin Corporation.  He has 24 years experience in research, technical management, and program management.

Lisa Burke has a BS in Business Administration (Accounting).  Her accounting firm serves several small businesses, medical doctors and churches.  Lisa is the Church Administrator for her home church, has been on several international mission trips, and is passionate about helping people in developing countries.

Water BrigAid consists of a team of caring individuals who volunteer their time and expertise to help people with significant water needs in developing societies.  We make every effort to reduce costs.  Thus, we do not have any paid staff, nor do our Directors receive any form of financial compensation.
